While working for renowned developer East West Partners, our team helped to lead the acquisition and development of award-winning Snowmass Base Village. Acquired as a project that had been stalled for years but boasted unlimited potential, our team partnered with KSL Capital and Aspen Skiing Company to transform SBV into a beacon for next-generation ski villages with modern condominiums, hotels, and retail coupled with amenities like the Collective community building, playgrounds, pools, and an ice rink.
